The staff are great but OMG the wait times! My husband got acid in his eye... apparently that wasn't emergency enough for him to see a doctor for over an hour. My doctor sent me here, called ahead... I've been waiting over 3 hours in the lobby! It's insane. They obviously cannot handle the amount of people coming here.
Completely understaffed do not go here for any trauma or need of surgery! Not enough nurses which puts them in a bad mood. Over worked techs! Shut this place Down until you have more staff!!!
I had to wait quite a few hours to be admitted in, HOWEVER, the care here was exceptional. They were so thorough, compassionate, and listened to my needs and questions. I genuinely felt like I was a person, not just a number. Steve was the one assigned to my room, and I couldn’t say enough good about him. Pictured is a dog they brought into the waiting room. Was so sweet!
