I had a back surgery with Dr. Fanor Saavedra Pozo and it went great the hospital was awesome the staff was very caring and always able to take care of me at anytime with no problems.
Everyone did an excellent job I could not be happier.
I was admitted on March 12th and discharged on The 14th. The nurses, assistants and the doctors were all very kind and concerned about my well being, whilst being very professional. I am very appreciative and would assure anyone who has to be admitted to The Dr. Phillips Hospital that they will be in great caring hands.
I was admitted to outpatient surgery at 6:15 am. Originally, I was scheduled for surgery at 8am. At 7:45 I was still in the waiting room. Went to the nurses desk and was told my surgery wasn't until 10am. I asked why I was told to come in by 6am. They said I was supposed to come in at 8am. "Not what I was told", I said. The day before, the hospital called and told me to only drink clear liquids the day before and nothing to eat or drink after midnight.
