She is amazing. Her whole staff is amazing. She takes her time with you and makes you feel like she really cares. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

To say my interaction with the staff at this location is disappointing is to say the least. They do not show any compassion or caring for their patients. After testing positive for covid for the very first time I contacted my PCP, Dr. James Voirin knowing there are FDA approved treatments for high risk patients such as myself. Only to be told they are not treating covid patients and if I became short of breath to go to the emergency room. Months in pain still unable to actually see a doctor MRI X-rays and physical therapy no relief getting through is a total nightmare that will send you into therapy. getting your records from them to go to somebody who can actually get you into see a doctor is just as bad .this is a business not a doctor's office more worried about the money then the patient still waiting for someone to return a call so I can get my records and go somewhere else. I’ve had a terrible experience with this doctor and this office. I took the day off from work and planned a procedure (3 weeks in advance, with a consultation) and when I went in for the procedure, he told me he couldn’t do it. Not once during the consultation did he ever mention the possibility of it being unsuccessful. From being overcharged and billed wrong for appointments to them changing my prescription without consulting me and blaming it on “their system”. Dr Frankenstein Hopital! My mother was admitted with pneumonia 7/720. No medical attention was given to treat it except morphine. They put a mask on her to protect themselves fron covid19. Hardly a glass of water in 21 days! I heard her saying water on the phone. The door was closed for her to die alone. A supervisor told me to "GO HOME. LOOK AT SOME PICTURES. AND THE NEXT TIME YOU SEE HER WILL BE IB THE FUNERAL HOME"" THE ASPCA WOULD HAVE TAKEN BETTER CARE OF HER R.I.P. MAGGIE

My father is currently at this hospital. They didn't bother to feed him. In fact, we had to ask the head nurse for food. Although, he had been at the hospital all afternoon. Furthermore, they didn't have his medication on hand and told us that they don't have it stocked at the hospital. Therefore, they wanted to know if we could go home and bring the medication to him the next day. The nurse in charge seemed to be in training. She literally told us she had to look up the name of a medication on the computer. Horrible... read more
