My experience with this practice began ok. I came in with multiple concerns and thoroughly explained my health history and family cancer history of bowel conditions to Dr. Segura; and It was suggested that I get a colonoscopy. I even reached out to my insurance to see what would be the cost. Fast forward a month later the surgery center advised me of the cost, and it was different from what was advised by the insurance.
