I try my best to be understanding, but the communication from this office has been nothing short of a nightmare. This message is for the office staff: Hi. Potential client here. I was referred here by another Orlando Health facility and went to Google Maps to find your number and schedule the appointment. I saw your 1.6⭐️ rating on Google. I read the complaints that all had the same theme. You clearly have systemic issues in your office. I wish I had read the reviews before ever stepping foot into this practice. Over the last three months, my quality of life has been dramatically impacted by my experience here. During my consultation, Dr. Ferrara explained that I would need two surgeries one to place a clamp and another three months later to remove it. I was told both procedures were outpatient, and I was told I would be able to return to work the next day. Overall very bad experience. First appointment was scheduled with the wrong provider, even though ny referral specifically named a doctor, they scheduled me with whoever was available. Since my plan is provider-specific, they may not cover that visit and that will make me financially responsible which is not fair since the clinic and referral coordinator should know that my plan is provider specific and scheduled me with the correct doctor. If you value patient care and doctors who are caring and compassionate, I would advise looking for another provider. I usually have to be really unhappy before I leave negative reviews but I would like to share my experience, so that others can make an informed choice before going here.
