Called to check on an appointment for my son his doctor wants him seen asap due to headaches throwing up and he has lost a significant amount of weight in the last two months. He has a referral marked urgent the girl I talked to said oh for headaches we have no appointments until April. I let her know the urgency his doctor put on this and she repeated in an annoyed tone for headaches the appointment would be in April.
