Isabella is the BEST! She walked through my sons whole time in PT with such patience and demonstrated so much care for him like he was her own. If you want a PT who is supportive, loves what they do, and is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend Isabella!! We are so thankful for her.
Isabella was great with my little man. We saw her for about six months. What I loved the most about her is just how smart and knowledgeable she is and she always gave me practical advice on what to do with my boy at home. You can tell she knows what she’s talking about. The PTs are great, but this gets one star because the female receptionist is incredibly rude. She glares at me everytime I walk in and doesn’t say a word to me, as if I’m burdening her for making her work. I dread having to go in the building because of her
This people has not respect for patients time. We were 6 months waiting for this appointment today to see DR. Deborah. 1. They didnt give me a clear clear description on how to get to them. No even the suite number, was described anywhere or sent to me . Also not on the Orlando chart website. 2 Tried calling them but they do not reply the phone even I was calling 45 minutes before on my way to the office several times. 3 I ended up walking around a Big strip mall building looking for the suite with my baby in hands in the he... read more
Este lugar es el peor que hay para llevar a tu hijo/a, no te lo recomiendo. Si van a cargar tu seguro médico $1500 por 30 minutos de terapia tú esperas resultados, todo lo contrario la primera terapista que tuvo mi hijo no se sentaba en el suelo porq ella decía que estaba muy mayor y ya ella no hacía eso, la segunda terapista estaba embarazada y no quería quitarse la mascarilla porq se le podía pasar algún germen 🦠, no entiendo como ella pretendía hacer terapia del habla con mascarilla puesta.
