I've been waiting for 2 hours to see a charge nurse smh I love the doctors and respiratory staff here but the others are just for show. If I was unable to stay in this hospital with Chase I wouldn't trust the care they provide. I am very disappointed in this stay.

My baby was admitted to cardiac ICU for a few days due to an infection. The stay there was "OK". The nurses never offered to give him a bath until I asked myself. One nurse gave us another kid's formula milk instead of the type my baby drinks and he has a milk allergy. Good thing I picked up on the incorrect patient label before feeding him it. It may have caused a serious problem. If no-one is at the desk to buzz you into the ICU, your child or baby is left crying until you can get in to soothe them. Overall I didn't have a... read more
We're from Canada and while visiting Florida, our son contracted bilateral pneumonia. It was quite the scary ordeal but the nurses were INCREDIBLE and the Dr's gave us so much support and peace. Thank you for being such an incredible LIGHT amidst all the sickness.
My daughter had heart surgery, and her team was fantastic. Dr DeCampli was an awesome surgeon as well as her cardiologist Dr Akintoye.
The doctor's, nurses, surgeons and everyone in between had been absolutely amazing. Finding out your child has cancer is the worst thing in the world, but I don't know what we would do without everyone helping us along the journey at this hospital!
They have fantastic nurses and doctors there! They were all so nice when my son was admitted there for his SVT at a month old. They respected you and your child. We now go to the Arnold Palmer pediatric cardiologist at the Heart center! And we love the staff there! They feel more like friends and family then just doctors! They have done so much for us in the 8 months we have been going there!
Thank you to the volunteers at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital and the volunteers at Disney for the two new blankies they sent my little guy..They went above and beyond to help my baby and make him happy.. Thank you for taking out of your busy schedules to dedicated to our children, to bring a smile to their face :-)
