I recommend Dr. Pothamsetty for any GI needs. He listens to all his patients attentively and spends as much time with each patient as necessary.
Unfamiliar with medications commonly used by previous gastroenterologists such I have seen in the past and in-hospitals. Could not provide any suggestions, treatments, tests other than to seek help at Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Pothamsetty performed my most recent colonoscopy and the experience was absolutely superb - from the initial consultation through the follow up post-procedure.
I work in the medical field and have a lot of choices with providers. I trust Dr Pothamsetty with my family!
I saw Dr. Pothamsetty 1 time, seems nice although not very offering of medical diagnosis options or ideas. Office staff on other hand, is probably the worst I have dealt with. The leave a message to call back when they have already transferred to answering service. They do not return calls at all let alone in a timely manner. They do do not transfer from answering service promptly in the morning, was 45 minutes late today. When you do get a person, they have no clue what they are doing.
