Mortified Initially I was very impressed with Orlando. The woman on the phone was incredibly nice, helpful and oil delivery was very prompt. I explained that my mother died a month ago and I have never had to deal with oil delivery before and wasn't sure about the process. I explained I could not find the oil gauge and I wanted the deliveryman to look first to ensure that I had run out of oil and it wasn't another issue. Price was also pretty cheap. A-1 Super Company Great Service Nice People I read the review concerning the customer whose mother did not get the delivery when promised.This must have been a mix up. Great Price- Great Service I have used Orlando two times this winter because they have a great price. They delivered when they said they would, and I would reccomend them to anyone.
Don't call theses guys-they dont deliver! My 74 year old mother called for oil the day before it was to be delivered. They called to say they would deliver it the "next day". The next day, she called at around 7:30 in the morning to confirm. THE OWNER of the company stated he would be coming over. When no one showed by 2pm, she called for the THIRD time and he stated he couldn't deliver today.
