Most of the office staff is clueless. Dr Shane is not clear on her diagnosis. She spends less than 5 minutes in the room and relies on what the staff has written on the paper, which some of the time is not correct. I have asked for the medication to be corrected on the portal, the right foot to be on my records not the left. It isn't easy or convenient to start over at another office
Dr Shane did surgery on my son's foot today. Overnight stay planned to go home tomorrow. Had some bleeding tonight and a wonderful resident, working with Dr. Shane, Dr. Naba, was wonderful. Just another well trained resident on her staff.
Love Dr. Shane but my appointment was at 8:30 & I wasn’t seen until 9:15.
