Extremely bad customer service! They do not help you with anything you need.
They were offering food vouchers by appointment only supposedly. I show up with my event invitation email. Just to stand in line to receive a free turkey or ham from a store up to $12.00. What food distribution event is this?! Ridiculous
Ever since the changes in the altamonte location the referral person has messed up 2 of my appointments. My cancer doctor told me I have kidney stones and to call my primary. I did and she ordered an mri. My follow-up appt was friday. I guess she took early Thanksgiving. No idea when I can see her. Was just told january
