They are so bad they don't deserve not even one star!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. THE DOCTORS ARE HORRIBLE. EVEN IF YOUR TO BE SEEN FACETIME THEY ARE LATE OR DO NOT SHOW UP AT ALL!!! THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER AND EVEN HANG UP THE CALLS!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!

Lowesy health practice waiting for my doctor on my audio tele appointment (9:30) till now(10:15) No response (12/04/2020). When my (P.C.P) doctor left this clinic they transferred me to another but she doesn't care even to revise my file and order my medicine refills. When I requested my refills the office reply was they cannot order refills without see doctor!!!!!! I am with them for long five years!!!! The doctor was fine she was great. But the staff and scheduling is ridiculous I've had an appointment for two and a half months waiting and then they call me the day before and tell me she's not there on Wednesdays I'm still waiting for my results from two and a half months ago from my blood work and my ultrasound My meds have changed I've had a surgery since then not to mention the thing I got the ultrasound on is still there and I had nobody gives a s***

Deplorable customer service. Girl said I put you on hold for a second. Took 12 min. came back and Said we don't offer that service bye. Don't waste time here folks.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst medical office ever, they do not follow up with the patient even when the doctor have order tests. I been waiting 6 months to follow up on the results of a test. They have been rescheduling me over and over again. Dr. Kudor was great but since he is not there the office if horrible.
