I’ve always had a fantastic experience here! They can get very busy and at time that can be a bit annoying as a patient but the front desk staff is always very nice and that makes up for the long waits. Regarding doctors, Michelle Satterfield is probably the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is both understanding and kind. She listens to all your concerns and truly takes your seriously. The nurses are always fantastic and make visiting the doctors office as comfortable as it gets.

If it would be possible to rate this office a 0 I would. This office has failed my mother significantly. My mother is an elder, who has RA and is in extreme pain constantly. To the point, that some days she can’t get out of bed. Well over a month ago I scheduled an appt with her new specialist. Her insurance required a referral okay great. So I called the office MULTIPLE times to stress the importance, and that this referral was STAT. They advised me it would get done. It’s literally always something. Mi experiencia es basada en la Doctora Niurka del Sol a ella no le interesa la salud del paciente no la recomiendo es una persona que no te escucha y muchos menos comunicación.

Not interested in patients well-being!!!. My father was discharged from the hospital with a catheter in his bladder for a condition that needed a urology to treat. The hospital had already recommended a urologist for him that was willing to see him in emergency basis. We had to go to this clinic to get a referral post hospital care and the provider denied the referral with the excuse that they had no access to his hospital medical records.
