The receptionist are nice but clearly nobody here knows how to do a good manage of time. I arrived at 9:58am for an appointment at 10:15am, I filled out all the paperwork and even have to call the insurance do change of primary care and got all done quick, and still at 11:06am I was still waiting outside on the waiting room and apparently I had to wait 30-40 min just to get my vitals check not even for the doctor to see me yet. EDIT: Doctor Hector Valladares is has not ethic and professionalism + the wait time is ridiculous.
The staff is very friendly and fast. Not enough staff for the amount of patients meaning lab and doctors. Three hours wait from front receptionist to lab to Doctor back to check out. There were 15 in first waiting room then more waiting for lab and doctor. Two labs I saw only one open. Being retirement age i never had to wait so long. I will do my follow up and see if it is faster.
Scammed into coming here. I thought our regular PCP sold our information to this location. Turns out they didn’t. How they got my number, I am unsure. Fire department should be called on this place! There are too many people here. Severely over scheduled. Do not give them any more information than they already have. Absolutely horrible! Such a scam!
My experience at the Orlando Medicaid Center was beyond unacceptable easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any facility. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that professionalism does not exist here. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no direction just staff sitting around as if the people coming in for help don’t matter.
