Yahect y Elaine , son las mejores, yo tuve una emergencia en el hospital, me dieron de alta y necesitaba ajustar las medicinas que me dieron en el hospital. Vine casi el horario de cerrar y de verdad que ellas dos me resolvieron para que el doctor me pudiera atender. La recomiendo son personas muy amables humanas y están para suplir las necesidades de nosotros. Los pacientes. Muchas gracias!!
They handle a lot of patients, so you may need a LOT of patience. Extremely SLOW even with an appointment first thing in the morning. Many of the staff are difficult to understand for an English-only speaker; they do not speak fluent English. They are generally eager to help, though, and friendly. Trying to reach anyone by phone has been a real challenge for me and all you can do on the website is make an appointment. I have not been able to use the patient portal and they advised me that it really doesn't work.
