Nobody answers the phone. You get disconnected constantly. Neither me or my insurance company can get in touch with this company. I will be finding a new location. All future appointments for me must be cancelled. Now way to even tell them to cancel the apintment. This place feels criminal and does not want to communicate with you. Good for nothing!!! They handle a lot of patients, so you may need patience. Some of the staff are difficult to understand for an English-only speaker. They are generally eager to help, though, and friendly. Trying to reach anyone by phone has been a real challenge for me and all you can do on the website is make an appointment. Forget the patient portal.
