My wife went to Dr. Raja out of convenience due to COVID concerns. He helped with one issue to a degree, but when my wife went back for a follow up, he was an hour late in seeing her, then rushed through a spiel and left the patient room without giving her a chance to ask questions. I was referred to to this doctor by my primary care physician for a medical problem with my eyelid based on my previous medical history. After a 45 minute wait, my current issue was determined to be superficial and I was immediately charged a cosmetic consultation fee. I would not have met with the doctor had I known this. Completely absurd office policy. Do not go here if seeking medical treatment, only if you want plastic surgery
I went for my chronic severe dry eyes. Staff was great! Dr was awesome!! Very personable. Waiting room was spaced out.

My daughter had an accident that resulted in a deep cut right above her left eye on a Sunday evening. Dr. Keshni was gracious to see her that same evening. My daughter was extremely nervous but Dr Keshni calmed her down and was able to clean, anesthetize and give 7 stitches to her. We walked out relieved and extremely thankful for Dr Keshni and her amazing skills. It is an amazing feeling to know your daughter is in good hands.
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Parbhu. She was so attentive with the care for our daughter. Thank you for helping ease her nervousness and calming her during her procedure. I highly recommend Orlando Eye Institute for any of their many services. More than 5-stars !!!
