Amazing staff, amazing experience. Feline, Jose, Mike, Gabby, Wesley, and Gayla were the highlights of the experience. Despite my apprehension towards staying 5 days, the experience was one I won't forget along with the wonderful people I met here :) <3
I was very anxious about going to the center but I was very surprised. It was nothing like being in a hospital. The facility was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The administration (Marilyn) was very involved in patient care. The nurse practitioner was available daily and answered questions.
This a great establishment and everyone is very nice and kind and Care for their patience. Definitely wanna shout out the manager Marilyn. She does a great job as a manager at this location.
As a patient who is about to be discharged from the Orlando Epilepsy Center on W. Michigan St. in Orlando, I have got to say this place has been one of the best facilities I have been to in such a long time, From the moment, my doctor ordered the test Amanda from the Orlando Epilepsy Center. Best care I have EVER received. Everybody I came in contact with was EXTREMELY sweet and accommodating, I was well cared for. I was nervous to come here because of past experiences with hospitals- but everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND. It is amazingly clean, every morning someone comes to clean and restock, throughout the day someone will come to take your trash and make sure you have everything you need.
