As a patient who is about to be discharged from the Orlando Epilepsy Center on W. Patient coordinator has been in contact before I arrived. She met me outside to welcome me here when I first came on Wednesday, Amanda and the rest of the staff, the nurses the monitoring unit that all ends the doctors and the nurse mana... read more

Best care I have EVER received. Everybody I came in contact with was EXTREMELY sweet and accommodating, I was well cared for. I was nervous to come here because of past experiences with hospitals- but everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND. It is amazingly clean, every morning someone comes to clean and restock, throughout the day someone will come to take your trash and make sure you have everything you need. After over 3 weeks of healing I’m left with 4 noticeable large red spots on my face and a large one on my shoulder. I’m spending more of my own money getting laser facial treatments to erase the damage the Orlando Epilepsy Center left on my skin. When no... read more

My experience at the center was exemplary. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. I stayed for nearly 5 days, and was treated with respect, dignity and compassion. The staff is well-trained and coordinated. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the business manager responded to many of my detailed questions. It's in the details. So much attention to help patients have an excellent experience.
