Office personal very incompetent, received a letter telling me I owe them $40. for March 2022 service yesterday 10/31/2024 that was my copayment for a visit that I know I pay because you don't get to see any doctor without getting to pay first. So I pay them again because I pay with CareCredit, and their statements don't go back that far for me to look back for the proof I needed. Very angry.
