Exellent Customer Service, Strong Recommended – Chuck diagnosed the problem on my DLP TV on the same day and repaired it in 2 hours and wait for me to come pick up even after hour ( 8pm ). Repair price is very cheap compare elsewhere. He was very nice guy and have a good heart. I hightly recommended this repair shop.
Worst customer service ever – For a simple solder weld repair this store sent me off in the late afternoon to come back later "after 7PM", no that this was bad enough not to be able to leave a simple relay switch at their place for them to get back in touch with me. I being use to the lacka daze ical customer service Orlando itself is used to came back at 730 PM since I was told that the owner was in the shop til 9PM. Excellent Customer Service! – Excellent customer Service! Chuck diagnosed the problem with my 42" plasma tv the same day I dropped it off. He ordered the part, and I had my TV back in a week. I highly recommend this company!
One of the only repair stores on the East Side – Good customer service, with quick repair and turn-around time. Located convieniently off of SR 50. Highly recommended.
