Today I went to the property for the first time and I was greeted with courteous staff who offered excellent service.

Conditions of this building is a health hazard at this point. The humidity and smell of mold is depressing. It’s hard to be there longer than an hour. Someone died (again) on floor 10 (edited, it is not floor 7) and the juices from this person has stayed in the carpet for 4 days now (again). The smell is unbearable and sickening. There is ONE single dehumidifier that looks like it’s never been drainer or checked. I beg upper management to at least make it a safe building to breathe in.
