The best place for seniors living.
Conditions of this building is a health hazard at this point. The humidity and smell of mold is depressing. It’s hard to be there longer than an hour. Someone died (again) on floor 10 (edited, it is not floor 7) and the juices from this person has stayed in the carpet for 4 days now (again). The smell is unbearable and sickening. There is ONE single dehumidifier that looks like it’s never been drainer or checked. I beg upper management to at least make it a safe building to breathe in. Lady at front desk is extremely rude barely speaks English and yells at visitors I can only imagine how she treats the residents someone needs to talk to her regarding customer service she is out of control.😡
