The recipient of the flowers, while happy to get flowers on her birthday, was very disappointed that the flowers were dying and brown on the edges when she got them. Although she did say that they smelled very good, she said that people in her office were saying that they were surprised that a florist would send flowers that were obviously past their prime. I was very disappointed, as I like supporting small businesses and they came highly recommended. I will not be using them again.
Unfortunately I was directed by google to this florist and didn't read the reviews first. Trust the review ratings and don't use this florist. I ordered from this florist mainly because their website said they could deliver flowers on the same day. Well after paying I never received any delivery confirmation. The next day I called and they said it wasn't delivered and that it hadn't even been made yet. Tried calling this shop many times no response. We received a bouquet of roses and they were dead within 8 hours of receiving them. My wife followed the directions, she is very knowledgeable with flowers. What a disappointment in customer service. Would not recommend this floral shop, we feel sorry for the friends that sent these as it was a waste of their hard earned money.
Do not use this company. I unfortunately ordered a gift basket and it never showed up. Never got an email notification that it was ever delivered. I called, and no one answered. Got scammed big time. Update: ok they did contact me and try to fix the issue and it eventually was delivered so I do appreciate it. The gift basket appearance could have been better, but I guess I'll take what I can get. However, it should not take me to write a bad review in order for you to fix the issue.
