I was very disappointed with 2 bouquests I reveived from this florist. A birthday bouquet was delivered on Monday and a bereavement bouquet was delivered on Tuesday. By Thursday, both bouquets had flowers that were dying. I called on Friday and was told they would replace both on Saturday 02/07. No Flowers on Saturday, I called and left a message. No response. Place is overpriced for the quality of flowers and arrangements. Would not come here again.

The recipient of the flowers, while happy to get flowers on her birthday, was very disappointed that the flowers were dying and brown on the edges when she got them. Although she did say that they smelled very good, she said that people in her office were saying that they were surprised that a florist would send flowers that were obviously past their prime. I was very disappointed, as I like supporting small businesses and they came highly recommended. I will not be using them again.
