If I could go higher than 5 stars I would. They are so knowledgeable, kind and professional. I shopped around for different commissaries before starting my business only to be let down by astronomical pricing (~$1600/month). So glad I found Orlando Caterers and Commissary when starting my mobile food business. Josh was incredibly helpful with helping me get licensed. Herbert walked me through everything I needed to get started in the business. I’ve interviewed several different commissary kitchens in the area and decided to go with this one because of the people who work there really want you to succeed. They are great!

I recommend Orlando Caterers and Commissary. Everything is straight forward and simple. I love the reasonable pricing and ample amount of kitchen space.
