Would not let me schedule an appointment on behalf of someone else. I was not asking for any medical information or anything like that, I was simply booking an appointment for someone. No other doctor has ever refused this.

I had a therapist here, sure she was nice, but she always ran out of things to say. Unprofessional. She never actually helped me. In fact she made me feel even worse because it felt like the person who was LITERALLY PAID to listen to me. WASN’T LISTENING. I asked her what I just said and she didn’t respond. However, I’m giving it 2 stars because she was a nice person.

So far I've had 3 appointments here and they have screwed up two of them. I like my therapist but it doesn't seem like any of the support staff there know what they are doing. When I initially made my appointment it took 3 calls to them before they finally got it right and I got the new patient email. The next appointment was botched on the telemedicine system because they forgot to put the appointment in the system.
