A true thief. Drove me to the airport in a handicap minivan. Plays Christian music, but clearly not living by Christian values. I see him tampering with the meter as it's already extremely high for a 30 min drive. I ask what he's doing, he says, adding the tolls. Crock! We get to the airport. The meter says, $86.90. He types, $90 in to his credit card reader. Final cost: $94.50. Total robbery!!!! Just wait the extra time for Uber/Lyft. What should have been a $30 ride, turn into high way robbery! Well, they don’t have the option of a zero. Almost 15 months after using their service in April of 2024, my Credit card was charged for $364 on July 2, 2025 Looking back at previous month, my card was also used for another limo company, but I can’t seem to find any information on this company according to what the charge statement says for $500 all based in the same region Orlando/Kissimmee. Nothing but further exaggeration and complete lies. “Sir” I thought you were just simply a worker of the company and had no control over the rates now according to this Google reply apparently you are the owner now. If I could rate lower than one star I would. I am utterly shocked that this company has good reviews from some guy answering the phone and mumbling and then sending you someone to do a wheelchair transportation two minutes down the road, obviously knows you’re not from Orlando, and still charges you an automatic flat rate of $85! Completely ludicrous. First the driver tells us he will only accept cash and keeps giving you a guilt trip about how he was sleeping when you called him. It was 3 PM in the afternoon! Good morning I had a young lady name velma she was so sweet and kind and helpful and a very good driver and she was very patient with me I love her service this is was service feel like I had some others that was not pleasant but this young lady is on top of the service thank you Velma and the oasis team love riding with your company
