So balcony rooms have the balcony locked. So what's the point of a balcony if you can't use it?! 🤷🏼‍♂️ Pay extra just to look at something you can't use? Don't recommend a balcony room for this reason.

Stayed here for one night while traveling through Florida and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience involving theft by a hotel employee.the employee was later caught on camera. Police became involved and the hotel did reimburse part of the reported loss, which I appreciated. A quality stay for a decent price. The airport can be viewed from some rooms and surprisingly cannot be heard. We were a bit disheartened by the fact one cannot actually access the balcony and that it is solely for decoration. Hemisphere restaurant was closed when we arrived, room service is pricey, and there’s an odd placement of a single chair to view planes taking off, leaving us perplexed by some of the design choices. Regardless, staff and friendly and hotels are clean and efficient.
