There is a lot of construction by the car rental due to painting the lot we were told how to exit when we got to the gate Maria was the attendant who was irritated that we were there she said they sent us to the wrong exit. She took our car rental information and then had us sign a paper but didn’t explain what it was for. She got offended and an attitude because we asked why we had to sign it. I have never been so disrespected in all my life. The person that took me to my gate after I tipped them didn’t say thank you. Rather rolled her eyes in disgust because I gave her $5.00. I’m sorry I am handicapped living on a budget and my kids flew me out here to see the grand babies. I have never understood how people can be ungrateful! I would say ok if it was once but no, it every single time!
These guys are unbelievable. I watched management handle the airport parking exit computers going down like they had never dealt with a problem ever. The supervisor ( Edward ) had all lines backed up with no plan to correct it. He walked around and cursed at everyone in their cars for not pulling into the correct lane even though he had ALL LANES lit green and open. He ended up charging us 3 times for our parking. $67.00 x3 and it overdrew my account and cost me a ton. I told him that they had triple charged me and I wanted ... read more
