Orlandis did an amazing job of keeping our home sparkling clean each month. We could always tell the moment we walked in the door that it was cleaning day; the whole hose smelled wonderful! We usually had the same crew each visit, but even when a new team filled in, the level of cleaning was consistent. We moved out of state and have not found an equal replacement for ******* level of customer service or attention to details. We would recommend this cleaning company without hesitation and wish they would franchise to KY!
I've been disabled for a decade with a debilitating chronic illness. I'm sensitive to certain scents, floral being one. It exacerbates my symptoms. I was clear that it NEVER be used. Floral carpet powder was used and made me extremely ill. When I spoke to *****, the owner, she actually said to me, "WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? YOU'VE BEEN SICK FOR 10 YEARS ANYWAY!" It is the equivalent of blowing cigarette smoke in a cancer patient's face and saying, "what's the difference? They've had cancer for 10 years anyway!" I've never been ... read more
