I bought a helmet S-Works Evade worth $250.00 to this store and I tried to call them if I can change It to a different color. A guy his name is Erick told me to bring it here so we can discuss about it. When I went there he told me that I cannot change it because I used already. We understand that in order to test fit, you had to try on the helmet, which is why we fit every customer properly before a sale. If color was the issue, this should've been addressed before you took ownership of the helmet. We cannot for health standards return a helmet that you had ridden in and was visibly used. Great staff and knowhow... Found the special part I needed. They even host great rides and spin sessions. I learned a lot at one of the repair classes.
Went in to purchase 2 bikes, found one for myself, 2013 Sedona DX, and my wife 2014 Sedona DX. After spending 2 hours, and ready to drop $1000 on 2 bikes, I find out my wife's bike is mis marked by $110. The floor model was marked wrong but the bike that she wanted in the box had the different price. After some talk the "manager" says for "both of our inconvenience" he will sell the floor model for the agreed price but the one in box.
