RecommendedExcellent service! I took in my bike on 4/3/20 to get my chain replaced. They noticed the flywheel was bent (I feared this). I was amazed by how the prices were super low for parts and labor. I spent $60 for parts and labor. They said they would have the bike ready the next day in the evening on 4/4/20. RecommendedI had given up hope on my Specialized’s rear wheel after taking a bad pothole. When I talked to other bike shops they tried to steer me into buying a whole new wheel or wheet set. On a Sunday I was in the area so decide to drop in and explain my predicament. We talked about possibly doing a rebuild. Came back Monday with the wheel and with a few minor love taps wheel was fixed. Saved anywhere from $200 to $1200. Orland Park Cyclery, you got one happy customer and I’m riding happy again.
Go to Richards Palos Bikes, way better than this place. Poor service and very unprofessional. Purchased a bike for my son and the Mgr. wanted to charge me for the seat post which was replacing a shock absorbed post. All this after I purchased my son’s bicycle for $530.00. Cancelled the order, went to Richards in Palos Heights and my 11 y. o. is so excited... Ba bye Orland. I purchased two other bikes for my son their, but never again!
RecommendedPurchased my bike from Jim and their service on the bike has been excellent. Isaac repaired a flat tire I had on Saturday! Their staff is excellent!
