I love Orland Park Bakery. Their baked goods are delicious!!! I love their German chocolate cake.
We get all of our cakes from OPB. My wedding cake was huge and we barely had anything left because our friends and family either ate it there or took it home. There was a slight mistake on an extra sheet cake (it was missing a layer, but none of the guests knew or cared because it was so good. I was the only one who knew) that we had ordered in addition to a giant 3 tiered cake and the staff was quick to fix the situation. They offered us a special cake on our anniversary! Hate to add negativity to fb when that's all that is on here lately-but this has got to be the WORST place to deal with ever! My wedding planning was smooth sailing until the cake-which was "included" in my package. During the tasting the girl was on her cell phone-rude! Then they wanted to charge me some huge amount of $$ to add stars-just can't express how awful all around. The sugar, decorated cookies themselves are good but the layer they put on top was a bit bland and chewy like wax, not very appealing. The cupcakes were tasty though.
Woweee...the best desserts around. Thank you bakers ...your efforts are greatly noticed!!!! Bake on friends as I plan on keeping you my number one sugar store.
Went today to get my paczcki. Waited in line for 40 min, then when I got home got all the wrong 18 paczcki. Too late to go back, have to be back at work in 1/2 hr. Last time I will go here. Very disappointed. The girl even had the slip with her which told her what kind and how many.
