Showed up and sprayed outdoors without letting me know then started harassing via email and calls me several times per day to pay my bill or be sent to collections. We told them never to show up again.

Fastest way to waste 300$ . I called with a suspicion of rats nest in the backyard . I was told to cover it with dirt . . . The second problem was mice in the house . : they placed paper traps which were untouched for 2 weeks . We ended up putting all the food in container because the mouse got really really bold. I called again they came and place bait in the traps ( poison ) 3 more days - nothing in the traps . Ordered 6$ traps online . Within 12 house 3 mice caught ! Do not waste money with these guys !

Called a week ago to schedule removal of two dormant black hornet nests. Still haven't received a call. Taking my business elsewhere.

I only gave it a one star because there is no option for -1 stars. Customer service staff are very aggressive and not appealing to customer's needs.

Orkin does not return calls or respond to customer issues
