They charged me basically 3 months at once, called customer service about it because I didn't have the money to do it all at once. They told me they would refund a certain amount, but they had to speak to the supervisor first and they would call back. They still haven't called back, been awhile. And didn't get my money back either.

This company is TRASH!!!! I have called them 6 times with termite issues related to the bond they guaranteed for my home and still have gotten no response. Do not use this company they do not stand behind their work

We scheduled our initial appointment with Orkin for a Saturday. The technician showed up on time and immediately started putting what appeared to be bait around the house and sprayed the outside of the home. He never once asked where we were having issues or where they may be coming from. I was having to tell him where we have seen the ants and where they may be coming from.
