The spray actually works and they are quick in and out but if you are looking for good communicative customer service and for them to do anything other than spray like inspecting to see where the problem is coming from or anything then go with someone else. If you just want them to spray everywhere with a spray that works but not answer any of your questions or do anything else they tell you they are going to do, then this company isn't for you
