I've been on hold with Orkin for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone. I was scheduled for a service last week...took the day to work at home and our guy was a no-show (again). I haven't received a phone call and nobody has come out. When he actually does show up he leaves traps with dead critters in my basement and I have to get them myself. This has happened more often than not and I am moving to another pest control company. The service is not worth the money.
