Zero stars is what I'd like to give but it won't let me, this company is incompetent and rude. I had a sugar ant problem for which they came to my home 4 times and the ants never stopped. I called Terminix and they came to my home 1 time and I haven't seen another ant since. I requested a refund for being fraudulently charged over $200 for services that did not resolve the problem. The RI office manager was rude, speaking over me and commented that I didn't give them a chance to fix the problem. How many chances do they need... read more
