Called several times to make an appointment ended up making two cause and failed to show up to BOTH after not showing up on the first ,NOT good AT ALL for a known company ! Don’t waste your time on it
I was very happy with Orkin UNTIL we moved away and they continued to bill us. We called them the first of August and cancelled our service (and their call center noted it) as we were moving. In September their field rep called to confirm the appointment with which my wife was very clear for him not to come that we had moved and cancelled our service.
