Constant scheduling problems with my branch. Service technician was very polite but not attentive to our needs. Reschedule, reschedule, no show. Branch manager was extremely polite and professional and refunded my expense. To bad his staff let him down.
If I could give this company a -100 star review I would!! I AWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THESE PEOPLE NOT SHOWING UP ! I work in a business location that has a national account with orkin so you think I would be able to get ahold of this company ! I've been trying to call this company the last two days because we have a dead rat in the ceiling and no one has showed ! This isn't the first time they have done this to me !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
