Christian was the tech assigned to our case. He arrived within the time window, and was courteous and thorough. He communicated clearly with me his findings and recommendations. In the days since the appointment, we’ve noticed quick improvement. Orkin’s price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend their service.
The people and customer service are excellent! I’m not sure they were properly trained though. We bought some rat poison boxes to help control the rats living under our urban backyard deck. They said there was no concern of negative consequences on other animals. We had a new box placed in our backyard just a few days ago. We had a little racoon who lived in our back yard and hung out with us all the time. Today, I found him dead in his favourite dinner time spot…eating the grubs and bugs in the dirt not far from the new box... read more
The gentleman that came to my mom‘s house was very efficient explained what exactly he was doing. Spent about 45 minutes to an hour checking everything and then we had some good news so they didn’t have to come back and do anything cause she didn’t have they came to check out
