The gentleman that came to my mom‘s house was very efficient explained what exactly he was doing. Spent about 45 minutes to an hour checking everything and then we had some good news so they didn’t have to come back and do anything cause she didn’t have they came to check out

We have an annual home maintenance plan and our service technician is Ron Cole. He's professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough each time he performs the inspection routines. The maintenance plan may seem a bit pricey but we have used other comparable services who offered cheaper rates and they were far inferior in the quality of their service and effectiveness to Orkin.
