Ali called ahead to let us know his arrival time. He checked all the traps and openings that were covered. He saw some activity in an outside trap but the mouse nipped an bit of the bait and left. Another checkup in a month. So far so good!!
Very good service and they resolved all our issues.
We had ants. Greg was knowledgeable, prompt, extremely though and friendly. He took the time to point out areas where we could plug up cracks in the outside stucco. I was pleased with my service and will continue to use them.
