Best part they said they were coming and they did. I had them come out last year for the promotion and wanted them to come back for a booster that got put to side because of a termite swarm, I may not have been paying attention before signing for 4yrs but paying now in full, $3500.00 because it would be more them to mail another bill. Paid $47.50 a month for 4 years. The problem never got better. Only worse. I repeatedly told customer service and the technician this. They would just tell me the next step was to bomb for $300 more. So...I am paying for services not rendered (for YEARS)and you want to charge me more?? They never offered a discount or refund.
