Mike was a great tech and helped us a lot with our pest issues at our house!
Zach from Orkin came to our house this morning and inspected the perimeter for our home and the crawl space. We have a termite bond and encapsulation/dry zone agreement that renews yearly. Zach was very thorough in his inspection and noted a few minor issues under our house, per his photos he showed me, that will be addressed early next week by a technician who will come to my home and correct those issues. With that said we have been pleased with Orkin to date and appreciate Zach’s thorough inspection and professionalism.
No one called ahead to set up appointment, the guy was here less than 10 mins, left no paperwork, didn’t speak to me after he walked around the house, if he crawled under the house or not. Who knows?? For 300 dollars plus a year, pretty crappy service!!
My Orkin Man was Andy he single-handedly won my loyalty as a future life long customer with Orkin because of his professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks Andy and Orkin!
