The technician (David) was prompt, professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and gave good explanations. He then did the treatment in a thorough and timely manner. Also, Orkin was the only company out of three that I called that responded to my messages. Their office staff was very helpful and flexible in scheduling the work.
