The tech did an excellent job very professional. My problems is the miscommunication they told me someone will be out on Monday to take care of the problem, but they just came to inspect. Then I was told someone would come on Tuesday and they didn’t show up until today.
Used them for years at commercial location uptown. Cant send invoices to proper people and when have issue never come out for service. Terrible company. Better off doing pest control yourself. We will never use orkin again for any of our locations.
