The person didn't do anything on the 2nd visit, no spray nothing. I initially called regarding a gnat problem and paid 100.00 to receive service. The first time the lady put foam down the drains which of course didn't work. The 2nd time she came she said, since she didn't see any gnats, she didn't need to spray. Right after she left I started seeing gnats. I called and made another appointment. The 3rd time was the same problem, she said no gnats no spray. Orkin will take your money and not perform the job. He came out and got rid of all my wasp nest fast. I was surprised by all the research showed them getting suited up in protection gear but not him. Said he did it all the time and he did, fast and walked around home to check for more, so grateful for that. He absolutely got the job done and fast, so all good, thanks
