Found termite droppings (what we thought to be) on our enclosed porch. Called one company and they came out. Wasn't a good first impression. But, called ORKIN and had such a great experience. Brodrick came out and did a thorough inspection (attic as well), confirmed drywood termites. He was very pleasant and took his time explaining the process (No tenting - yes).
