I would recommend orkin to anyone, they are very good, and thorough, we haven't seen any rodents or snakes in our wooded area in our back yard, also we had a roach issue that came out of no where...omg I thought I was going to pack up and leave..but since orkin I haven't seen not one nasty roach, and I mean not one! I think I will keep my services definite, I love knowing my house is roach free..Ty orkin!!! And the guy James is so polite and very thorough and I love that he puts on his shoe covers before entering.

The service is good WHEN they show up and / or not cancel the day of the appointment after you have made arrangements to miss work to be available for the appointment.
I have paid orkin 200 dollars the past 4 months and they have done absolutely nothing. At first they came out and sprayed and it was great then the guy that actually sprayed left and we got a new guy he has done nothing and the bugs are coming back I looked at my camera systems to see he isn't even spraying or baiting or trapping he's doing nothing and I am still paying them I tried to call orkin and I was told "our manager will reach out to you" its been about 2 weeks and nothing today im calling for a full refund of the pa... read more
