HOW AMAZING is it !! THAT A LOCAL COMPETITOR came and EFFORTLESSLY identified my homes issue.. rather then expecting ME TO DO SO.- managed to treat me with compassion. Wish I could give zero stars. By far the worst interaction I've had with a entry level position employee in a uniform. This person was condescending and made me feel ashamed rather then working together to identify the issue. Not to mention un did a tire chain locked car entrance to let herself in rather then using the simple walking gate entrance.
