We have been using Orkin since moving to Fort Walton Beach, Florida and few months ago. We have had the same technician, Christopher; whom has been great! James with Orkin provided our Carpenter Ant service today. He was professional, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond by getting rid of three huge wasp nests. Thank you James. There were soooo many wasps that came out of those nests.
Day one came out, Technician said he had to call the Bee guy. Day two technician came out but was unable to complete job due to height of wasp nest. Waiting for refund or job completion
