Keep getting charged for no one coming out servicing my property, hard to reach by phone, problem hired for not addressed properly. If you have a roach problem go handle it at the store it will save you 400$ nightmare!!
Josh was extremely nice and asked detailed questions as to where our issues were. He made sure to reiterate that if needs were not met in the specified areas that they would come back out and do complimentary sprays until needs are met. We previously used mosquito joes and I would not recommend that to anyone. Josh made us feel like our needs were taken care of in a professional manner and also gave us some education on the background of what he was spraying ensuring it was safe fore pets and children.
