Orkin sends the nicest guy to our house. He does a thorough job and checks for everything.
The service guy was very friendly and knowledgeable about my problem!
Once the scheduling department got their notes correct they eventually sent someone out after the third try!!! Twice before we had excuses and was told we were never scheduled for the appointments after giving payment over the phone with their call center. On the final call it was admitted that they DID see the original appointments and had the excuse that the call center booked “ghost” appointments for us. The man that comes to my house is so sweet and helpful he goes out of his way to help me do anything I ask him that's really not his job. Takes my garbage out for me
