If you paid someone to mow your lawn and they just waved at the grass and left, would you still pay them? Welcome to Orkin Fort Collins. They took the money, barely did anything, and the bugs seem to be on their payroll too. Save yourself the time shouting at the pests would’ve been just as effective and way cheaper.
I chose Orkin 2 years ago when we moved to our new home, and I'm glad because I've had peace of mind ever since. They have been reliable, attentive, friendly, and helpful. When you call them, all of their agents are fantastic and find a way to help you. They come every other month, but if something comes up or we have a problem, they will send someone right away at no extra charge. After a year of the treatment it were off and reinvest happens. Been wait for a month to get the unit retreat but havent heard a word back. When they inspected the unit they told me that they would do treatment. Lord lord pays for this company will be moving soon as possible and would not recommend this to any home owner. This is a landlord special kind of place
