We have been a customer with Orkin because of Luke. But after he left the company Orkin sent us all lazy and dishonest service people. And the bugs come back all the time after. We complained to the customer service lady. She said the manager would contact us but never did. We feel so disappointed with Orkin.
Not pleased with the service at all. This is the second time that I have watched a technician sit in the truck and not come to the door and say they sprayed the outside and didn’t.
I had a wonderful orkin man he answered all my questions. He explained everything he was doing. Very nice gentleman.
